so you want a custom made sam pao garment? well, lets make it happen! we are now accepting custom projects for flannels, button downs, sweatshirts, and jackets!

HOW IT WORKS :

you’ll choose the garment type, size, color, & design. each category will offer “preferences” so you can be as specific or as flexible as you want. the more open you are, the quicker you’ll receive your custom order. because every item is carefully selected at the thrift store, then dyed, printed and sewn in house, it may take a long while to find make a very specific request happen. customs can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months depending on how flexible or specific the request.

you’ll pay a deposit of $20 upon ordering (this counts towards the custom fee in the final invoice). we will contact you to clarify some of your request detail and give you a price estimate for the project. once we have your item finished, we will send you a photo.

APPROVED: if you approve, we will make a special listing with your name on it in the webstore. you’ll buy it and then we ship it!

NOT APPROVED: if you don’t approve of the garment, we will remake it and send you a photo of the second garment for approval. if you don’t want the second one, we keep the deposit and part ways. sorry we couldn’t make your dreams come true :(

PRICE BREAKDOWN :

Final price will depend on the quality of the found garment plus the amount of labor and material put into it through dye, color remover, fabric, ink, thread, etc. Because each item is unique, each price is unique. Again, more specific requests may be more difficult to create, so the price would reflect that. final price may vary slightly from the original estimate based on the previous factors.

Not all our prints are available in every colorway. If you want a design that is NOT listed below, please describe it the best you can, and be prepared to not have choice in color. All garments will include a logo patch up to our discretion unless you have a specific logo design in mind, please make note of it.

this is the first time we are trying to take custom orders this way! we so appreciate your support and patience with us in this process. we want to make everyone’s Sam Pao dreams come true, while also making it cost-wise for us! this is a big, lovely experiment. it might be a big failure. who knows! we are going to try and get simple requests done within a week (ambitious? maybe) and difficult or ultra-specific requests done within 6 weeks. we will do our best to update you along the way!
